Since John and Heidi Vander Burgh got married and moved into the family's homestead in 1995, the farm has seen a wide variety of animals ranging from llamas, to donkeys, to fainting goats. After Luke, the youngest son, graduated from high school he and his father, John, made the decision to pursue their lifelong dream of owning a purebred Angus cattle farm.
After gaining ownership of the herd in the Summer of 2022, the Vander Burgh's added another future cattlemen to the family as John and Heidi's daughter and son in law, Abby and Jonathan Luce, welcomed baby Nathan into the world!
The eldest son of the family, Justin, has grown in his love for photography and cinematography by capturing the jaw dropping beauty of the land in countless amounts of drone footage overlooking the stunning 300+ acre property in which Vander Burgh Farms rests on.
